Returns/Exchanges:
Customer service is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to return at shopgive.com within 5 days of receipt of goods. We will send a Returns & Exchange form to you, which must be completed and included with the products to be returned. For merchandise refund, returns must be received within 14 days after receipt of goods. Please note items in the sale section can not be returned. This is noted on the product page.
2008 Holiday Return Schedule extended:
Date by which returns/exchange request must be received to return at shopgive.com: January 2nd
Merchandise must be received by January 16th
Without exception, returns must be sent UPS, Federal Express, Express Mail or Priority Mail. All returns must be insured for full value.
Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs.
